1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ck244 ("ck244", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ck244.io and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, coin prediction games, and any promotional offers.

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent checkbox, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the ck244 platform, you unambiguously confirm that:

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any combination thereof — is strictly prohibited. ck244 uses technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any balances and pending withdrawals will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ck244 will treat any action taken using your username and password as having been authorised by you. You must notify ck244 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. ck244 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing the first withdrawal from any account, ck244 requires Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission or a valid passport. ck244 reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including proof of address or proof of payment method — at any time. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of request will result in the withdrawal request being suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

3.5 Account Closure

Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after all bonus wagering requirements have been assessed. ck244 reserves the right to close accounts, with or without prior notice, where there has been a material breach of these Terms or where ck244 is required to do so to comply with applicable law or regulation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). ck244 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies. Any currency conversion required by a player's bank or payment provider is the sole responsibility of the player.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

ck244 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) there is an active investigation into the account for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct; (c) wagering requirements attached to any credited bonus have not been met; or (d) the withdrawal method does not match the deposit method used to fund the balance being withdrawn. Withdrawal restrictions imposed for investigative purposes will be lifted or enforced within 14 days of the investigation being opened, and the player will be notified of the outcome.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies the total volume of bets that must be placed using Bonus funds (or a combination of Bonus and real-money funds as stated in the specific offer terms) before any winnings derived from those Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will not be met by placing bets that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or that hedge opposing outcomes on the same event.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck244 actively monitors wagering patterns for evidence of Bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer; wagering on statistically near-certain outcomes to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk; placing opposing bets on the same event to neutralise risk while completing wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to share Bonus proceeds. Where Bonus abuse is identified, ck244 reserves the right to void all Bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals derived from Bonus play, and permanently close the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

ck244 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotional offer at any time. Where a Bonus has already been credited to an account, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to govern that specific Bonus unless the modification is necessitated by a legal or regulatory requirement.

5.5 BDT Seasonal Promotions

ck244 periodically runs promotions aligned with Bangladesh-specific events — including BPL season launch offers, Eid cashback campaigns, Pohela Boishakh reload bonuses, and T20 World Cup leaderboards with BDT prizes. All such promotions are subject to the General Bonus Terms above and any additional terms stated on the relevant promotional page at the time of the offer.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

ck244 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion, including after a bet has been placed but before it has been settled. Bets that are accepted in error — including at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a pricing feed error — may be voided by ck244. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance in full.

6.2 Settlement of Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches; the ICC for international fixtures). Where the official result is subject to an appeal or review at the time of settlement, ck244 may delay settlement until the official result is confirmed. ck244's settlement decision is final once confirmed and not subject to reversal except where a clear and demonstrable technical error on the part of ck244 is identified.

6.3 Abandonment & Void Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to conclude in accordance with the standard conditions for that event type, bets will be settled in accordance with ck244's specific sport-by-sport rules published on the platform. Where no specific rule applies, ck244 reserves the right to void all bets on the event and return stakes.

6.4 Casino Game Integrity

All casino games available on ck244 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are operated by their respective providers. The game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer play, as applicable. ck244 has no ability to alter game outcomes and accepts no liability for outcomes in games operated by third-party providers beyond ensuring those providers hold appropriate certifications for fair play.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ck244. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and — where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence — referral to the relevant authorities.

12 Amendments to These Terms
